A Message to our Customers

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Masthead team has been working without interruption to maintain the level of service and support you depend on, while implementing new procedures to ensure the health and safety of our associates and customers.

Here’s how we are responding:

  • We are keeping our associates safe by promoting remote work whenever possible, and by practicing social distancing as we remain fully functional to support your needs.
  • Our fulfillment staff wears protective gloves and masks to pack all orders. Our offices and fulfillment area are disinfected several times per day. 
  • We are working regular business hours. You can reach us by phone at (914) 713-8550 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. eastern time.
  • We are able to ship out orders the day they are received, provided we receive them by 4 p.m. eastern time. This is an hour earlier than usual due to a change in Fedex’s schedule. We are experiencing almost no stock or delivery disruptions. 

To help keep patients, their families and their communities safe, we have created a variety of new wellness and protection kits packed with hard-to-find items like face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. Please visit our Shop page for more information. 

At Masthead, the health and safety of our associates and customers are our top priority. We will continue to actively monitor data and recommendations from health authorities and update our practices accordingly.
